We were on our way to Tateshina Lake and my husband wanted to eat sushi. I was not so sure where I was and we just stopped at some eateries and googled sushi. This is conveyor belt sushi and most sushi was at 100 yen per dish (2 pieces), which was very cheap. We ordered some special sets too. As we were in a hurry to the lake, we ate for 20 minutes and I did not take photos. There is a big parking lot outside the sushi restaurant.

Probably will switch and start going to sushiro. The salmon sushi is half the rice and the salmon is cut super thin. Enjoyed it for years.

今回は長野の諏訪市にある『かっぱ寿司 諏訪インター店』さんにお邪魔しました。 日曜日の夜の時間帯でしたが、すんなりと入る事が出来ました。 かっぱ寿司さんは本当に久々で２年位ぶりで食事をしました。昔は亡くなった父親が、大のネギトロ好きで、かっぱに来たらほぼ9割は食べていたのを思い出します。 ネタ的には、ひと昔かなり悪くなって足が遠のいていたのですが、久々に食事をしたら、良くなっていたので普通に食べてしまいましたね。 特に光り物は昔は臭いがきつく食べられなかったのですが、アジも臭みがなくプリプリの食感でしたので良かったです。 こちらの、ネギトロとサラダ軍艦は安定の美味しさでしたので、美味しくいただけました。 次回は地元のかっぱ寿司さんも行ってみようと思います。
